SMS Terms: Ridgeline IT Alerts
- Program name and description. Ridgeline IT Alerts sends automated IT monitoring alerts by text message from our toll-free number to Ridgeline IT Solutions employees, technicians, and on-call staff who have opted in. Alerts cover events on systems we manage, such as failed backups, server outages, hardware failures, and security events. These are operational alerts only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. See the SMS Alerts program page for how consent is collected.
- Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, ask a Ridgeline administrator to re-enroll you.
- Getting help. If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance, or contact us at (209) 213-2088 or info@ridgelineitsolutions.com.
- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on system events. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Privacy. For privacy-related questions, please read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use of the website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the website's operation, try to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, or use the website to send harmful code or unsolicited messages.
Intellectual property
