The Technical Pulse Check is a brief interview Ridgeline performs with businesses to determine their overall technical health without the need for businesses to divulge personal or confidential information.
Technical Pulse Check
Based on the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST) Risk Assessment and Cyber Security Frameworks which are the basis for all state and federal government computer security and stability programs. Although not as comprehensive as the NIST frameworks, which can take days or weeks, the Technical Pulse Check touches on the major issues that small businesses face and common problems that we often see in the field. The Technical Pulse Check consists of 4 categories: Security, stability, disaster recovery and regulatory compliance.

Our team will work with you or your staff’s technical decision makers and go through a series of questions covering the technical aspects of your business. Once the questionnaire is complete, our team will provide a detailed report on your businesses technical status along with the reasons we ask the questions we do and common ways to mitigate existing risks. That means we’ll tell you how to fix it on your on your own or with your current IT provider if that’s what you’d prefer.
We have found that not everyone feels they’re ready to bring in professional help. If that is the case we don’t want to try and up sell you because our client relationships are build on trust. In our experience if a business is serious about keeping themselves stable and secure, they will dedicate the needed resources to it. When your business gets to that place, I hope that you’ll keep Ridgeline IT Solutions in mind.
